All of the ski trails were rolled today (Tuesday 12/29). There wasn’t a ton of snow but luckily it was very dense. It packed down to 1.5-2″ of nice base but temps were hovering just above freezing so it wasn’t setting up well.
I would recommend staying off the trails until tonight when it drops below freezing and the snow starts to set up. I plan to groom everything early tomorrow morning and it should then be in GREAT shape.
BTW, there were a fair number of sticks down that I didn’t stop and remove. The snow was such that it was really easy to get stuck if you stopped the sled so it was the lesser of evils. please flick sticks off when possible.
