Warm days and cold nights have leveled out the trails leading to surprisingly good skate skiing esp on the trail shoulders. The cut off trail is really good. The good news is plenty of midges. Trails were groomed by a snowmachine, difficult grooming conditions. Definitely better for diagnose skiing. Parking lot in good shape

Must’ve had a lake effect snow band. Heavy new snow on the trail at least 4 to 6 inches. Not recently groomed but some skied in tracks. In 5° weather need to Sprint.Parking lot is very well plowed.

Time to get out the good skis-no bare spots and great trails! Very wide skating lines, bases firming up, 1 to 2 inches south snow on top but still very fast, diagonal tracks are set. It doesn’t look like the fat tire bike trails are groomed but the parking lot is perfectly plowed

The skating lane was groomed late yesterday. The trails are very nice right now. Enjoy while the snow is there.
