Effortless Skating Returns January 18

trails were packed and groomed this evening. Great skating conditions with fantastic glide. I thought that I was too old to skate but the fast twitch, slow twitch fibers or mitochondria or something woke up! I think there is as much snow as I have seen lately. Parking lot is great too! With a warmer weekend things are setting up for a great outing! Will try and set striding tracks tomorrow.
